The Tavern Mirabelle Tavern opened March, 2009, with Chef Guy Reuge's new menu, a melange of delicious tastes and flavors from Kobe Beef Sliders to the French-accented Beef Bourguignon. Peter Gianotti of Newsday gave 3 *** (March 31, 2009) to the Tavern with mention of the creamy egg en cocotte, well-seasoned chicken pot pie, caramel sea salt ice cream with chocolate mousse. The Tavern is on its way to becoming the best of Long Island. The Tavern is open every day, with our Tavern menu and lunch and dinner prix fixe menus available featuring the Chef's specials. Our Tavern Bar serves up food and drink from fancy martinis to local craft beers on tap. A hearty country breakfast is offered, and the Three Village Inn Sunday Buffet serves up unlimited Champagne and Mimosas along with a wonderful display of breakfast and lunch courses. Reservations are recommended.
