First Course: Root Beer Duck Terrine with sassafras, birch, and spicebush-served with a Pale Ale. Second Course: Eel with roasted potatoes and roblechon-served with Xtra Gold Tripel. Third Course: Lamb Belly with langoustines and wheat berries-served with Imperial IPA. Last Course: Rutabaga Ice Cream with spiced walnut loaf-served with Smoked Porter. $48.
