Procedures:
1). Mix peppers and shallots reserving 2
TBS for the chutney
Rub both sides of pork chops and set aside
2). (for chutney) Combine 2 TBS
reserved shallots, brown sugar, vinegar, dried
cranberries and ginger sauce in a saucepan. Heat
and stir in the sweet potatoes,
bring to a boil,
then reduce to a simmer, cover, stirring
occasionally.
3). Broil Chops 3-4 inches from heat source at
full blast. Turn chops cook 7-10 minutes both
sides or until desired wellness.
4). Serve topped with chutney
Recommended sides:
5). Green Beans sautéed in pan with olive oil
just enough to coat, salt and pepper TT.
6). Pumpkin mashed potatoes 50/50 pumpkin to
potatoes. Peeled, boiled, mashed. Luv TT and
butter TT.
Arrange Green Beans and Pumpkin Mash to
accompany the chops
