Key Points: Accepting resumes for experienced Chef Manager who can provide fresh, healthy, gourmet foods and bring a creative flare to the environment. Must be willing to work when necessary and put in the extra effort into creating a successful business atmosphere at any time. Must be able to multi-task to do food prep, production, inventory control, food cost management, scheduling and staffing, plan and execute weekly menus, ordering, catering and client requests. Will require someone who is available at any time to provide catering services during regular business hours, plus requests for catering during off hours as well.
