RECIPE OF THE MONTH



Guacamole

Ingredients:

2 Ripe Avocados
1/2 Small Tomato
1/2 Small Red Onion
1 Jalapeno
1/2 Ounce Cilantro
Juice from 1/2 Lemon, 1/2 Lime
Salt/Pepper to taste

Method:

Dice all ingredients. Then peel and mash the avocados in a bowl. Add all of the diced ingredients, salt and pepper to taste. Squeeze the half lemon and half lime into the bowl and continue to mix. Mix until desired consistency (chunky or smooth). Spoon into a bowl, serve with your favorite chips, pretzels, or pita!
