5 Hour Affair

Adults $110* per person

Children (Ages 5-20) $90* per person

4 Hour Affair

Adults $99* per person

Children (Ages 5-20) $79* per person

Children under 5 are guests of Whitby Castle

Guest arrival time MUST match the starting time of your event

Caterer must provide copy of liability insurance and must meet with the chef at least 2 weeks prior to the event to go over guidelines.

Deposit Schedule

$2,500 Due with Signed Agreement

$2,500 Three Months After Booking

$2,500 Six Months After Booking

Guaranteed number of Guests and Final Payment are due 14 days prior to event date

All prices are subject to a 22% administrative fee and 8.375% NYS sales tax. The administrative fee is used to offset the administration of the event. The fee is not a gratuity and will not be distributed to employees who provide service to the guests as such. Maitre d’ and staff gratuities (please distribute separately) are not included and are at your discretion. Suggested Maitre d’ Gratuity: $6 per guest. Suggested Staff Gratuity:$6 per guest.
