Although Guy Reuge, the new chef at Stony Brook's Three Village Inn, is Long Island's version of the celebrity chef, he's best known by other culinary masters. The native of France and long-time Long Islander won the prestigious cooking prize la Toque d'Argent and in 2006 was named Chef of the Year by the Maitres Cuisiniers de France. We talked with him in the Three Village Inn, where he's relaunching the Mirabelle Restaurant and opening the Mirabelle Tavern
