First of all, the absolute best parts of having my wedding at Stonebridge was because I had an incredible maitre d', Matt, and an attentive bridal attendant, Ashley. They made sure that the entire bridal party was happy and given above and beyond what they need. The wedding ceremony and reception was absolutely flawless thanks to these two!! But, I need to give the reasons why this is not entirely a 5 star review. The day I showed up to my wedding, the ballroom had water all along the windows (there wasn't too much rain the night before so we are not sure how this happened). Also, I paid to have the bridal suite for an extra 4 hours. When we arrived, it was not vacuumed, the bathroom was dirty and had smudge marks all over the counter and mirror, the closet was dirty (where my dress was supposed to hang), there was leftover food and drink from the night before, and it was SO HOT. In addition, there was no wifi and poor service so we could not play any music from a radio station like Pandora, which we planned. When we called the manager, he told us they are not responsible to have it cleaned for us until 1pm, which is three hours before our wedding (then why do we pay to use it!?!). But, I contacted Matt and he ensured us that is not true and booked it early to the venue to help us out (amazing!). Overall, I was not pleased by the manager's service. He was always trying to rush us out when we had meetings and never made us feel that we were correct or important, as the customers. In addition, he planned dates for us to drop off things early and blamed it on us writing the date down wrong, which is so untrue and unprofessional.

Our wedding took place at Stonebridge on 7/16/16 and it far exceeded everything we could have imagined. From the day we first walked into Stonebridge I knew it was where I wanted to get married. Gary Schneider was truly incredible from day one. He walked us through the venue from the perspective of the guests and then as the bride and groom. The way he talked about every single detail helped me envision my dream wedding. Gary is so knowledgeable about everything, as well as helpful, responsive, and honest. He made the whole process go smoothly and was always accommodating. We cannot say enough about how amazing the staff were the day of the wedding. Our maitre ds, Ashley and Paul ran the show flawlessly and our bridal attendant Iris was there for our every need. The suites to get ready are impeccable and so spacious. They brought lunch to the suites for the bridal parties and were there for our every need. When it started to rain unexpectedly a half hour before guests were arriving, they talked me through my options, kept me calm, moved all the chairs back under the awning and made the situation seem like a non issue. The food was beyond amazing, the service was great, our guests were so impressed and so were we. We are truly grateful and thankful for Gary and the entire staff who helped make this day the best day of our lives.

From the very first appointment at the Stonebridge Country Club, I knew we were in great hands. I first toured the venue in May 2015 and quickly returned a few days later to lock down our wedding date (June 24, 2016). Over the next year, Gary was an absolute pleasure to work with while I planned our wedding from out of state. He patiently worked with me to schedule a tasting, coordinate with our other vendors, select a menu and so much more. When the day finally arrived, I was at ease knowing that the day would go smoothly and it did. My bridesmaids and I took advantage of the fabulous bridal suite located upstairs and spent the morning getting ready and taking pictures. The suite was ready upon our arrival early that morning and the kitchen was stocked with refreshments and snacks. Gary and his team checked in on us throughout the day to make sure we were well taken care of and after we returned to the Stonebridge from the ceremony held offsite, it was time to celebrate! Our guests were greeted by the lovely and professional staff who ushered them into the cocktail hour, which was held both indoors and outdoors thanks to the beautiful weather we had that day. The cocktail room itself is a gorgeous space anchored by a double-sided bar and finished off with a wall of windows looking out onto the golf course. After cocktail hour, our guests were instructed to find their seats in the magnificent ballroom that boasts floor to ceiling windows on three sides, once again, overlooking the perfectly manicure grounds outside. In addition to the beauty of the venue, our friends and family are still raving about the amazing selection at both our cocktail hour and the reception. Our maître d’ and bridal attendant were also exceptional throughout the night, catering to our every need and them some! We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about the Stonebridge. The staff provided exceptional service from start to finish and we are forever grateful to the Stonebridge for making our wedding day so special and memorable. Countless guests of ours have even said that they were so impressed that they were going to look into planning an event here! We were more than happy to provide a glowing recommendation and hope to have another reason to celebrate at the Stonebridge in the future.

We visited many different wedding venues when planning our wedding and nothing compared to the Stonebridge Country Club in Smithtown. We attended their bridal showcase and absolutely fell in love. Everything looks fresh and new. It was stunning from the beautiful windows in the banquet room to the outdoor ceremony space, it was just perfect. The planning process was stress free thanks to all the wonderful staff members at Lessing's. Steve and Matt were absolutely wonderful to deal with. Our wedding was held on September 2, 2016 and it was the wedding of my dreams. The bridal and groomsmen suites are beautiful and extremely spacious. My bridal party was able to have their hair and makeup done there prior to the wedding and everything we could possibly need was on hand. We had two lovely bridal attendants that catered to us the entire day and our Matre'd was phenomenal. Stonebridge only has one wedding at a time so we were their only focus. The food was amazing! My guests are still raving about all the tasty appetizers and entrees they had at our wedding. Everything was delicious. The guests also loved our to-go station at the end of the night. Overall the Stonebridge Country Club has exceeded my expectations in so many different ways. I didn't have to worry or think about anything the day of my wedding, all I had to do was to enjoy myself and cherish our special day. If you are planning to have a wedding I sincerely recommend choosing Stonebridge Country Club you will not be disappointed. Service and Food are top notch. We enjoyed every moment of our wedding, it was beautiful. Everything was perfect!

We had our daughter's wedding at the beautiful Stonebridge Country Club on 8/6/16. When my daughter & I went searching for her wedding venue in July 2015 & after seeing a few others, upon arriving at the Stonebridge we immediately fell in love with the place. Their grounds driving up were magnificent! We met with Gary -Director of Sales who was extremely nice & more than happy to show us around, give us information on their weddings & answer any questions we had. As we toured the venue, you can see how proud Gary was on the new renovations that were recently done & to which he was a part of. My jaw dropped when we first entered the cocktail room with their large beautiful wood bar & their large windows that viewed the golf course! My jaw dropped even more when entering their magnificent ballroom! There too were windows from ceiling to floor without treatments(which I loved) lining 3 sides of the room overlooking their gorgeous, manicured greenery! It was such a bright, elegant & classy room! We were also so impressed with the huge bridal suite with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 were full bathrooms),kitchen, living room, dining room & bar area! Unbelievably spacious & so beautiful. It was perfect for my daughter's large bridal party! The groomsmen suite was also beautiful & spacious. Not sharing my thoughts to my daughter until she said to me as we were leaving the Stonebridge, "Mom, I love it!" & I said, "Me too!" I was so thrilled we both felt the same way! We then immediately returned with my husband & the groom. After they toured the venue, without any hesitation on their part the wedding was booked! Gary went above & beyond for us.:) He was a pleasure to work with & more than accommodating. He paid attention to so many details to make the wedding the most beautiful affair. He was so attentive to the bride & groom, to us & to the grooms family during the wedding by making sure we had a drink or that we ate & mind you, he's NOT the maitre'd! I had many guests raving about the wedding during & after the affair. Many of them were older guests to which we took as a great compliment. :) The cocktail hour, the food, the drinks, the desserts, the service(especially our wonderful & attentive bridal attendant Ashley), the ambience & most importantly Gary made it a "5" PLUS star venue! It was absolutely an unforgettable beautiful wedding & we have Gary to sincerely thank sooo much for making it just that! :) :)

We got married at Stonebridge on 11/4/2016 and it was everything we had hoped for and so much more. Gary and his staff were absolutely amazing! Dealing with Gary during the planning process was great. When we first visited, Gary was one of the main reasons we choose Stonebridge, the room was gorgeous but it was Gary that made us feel extremely comfortable and made sure we knew that he was here to help and take care of all of our needs. As stressful as planning a wedding can be, working with a guy like Gary takes the stress right out. You feel comfort knowing how much he cares about you and your affair, he remembers small details and makes you feel like you're part of the Stonebridge family. Terrence, our Maitre'd, was the best. He never let any detail go unnoticed during the evening and made sure my wife, the bridal party and myself were completely taken care of. The night went so smoothly because of him and the staff. Kayla and Bri, our bridal attendants were fantastic, always making sure the girls had everything they needed and never let our glasses get empty during the picture taking. They were able to fix ripped dresses and buttons that popped off jackets and took care of any problems we had. They really were amazing. I will absolutely recommend Stonebridge to everyone and anyone who is looking for a place to have a party. Gary, Terrence and the entire staff at Stonebridge are first class, it simply is a world class venue! Thank you so much for making our day extremely special and making sure everything went right!

I had my wedding at Stonebridge in September 2016, and it was just phenomenal. First of all, my husband and I fell in love with the venue the moment we walked through the doors in early 2015. It had been recently renovated, and was just the perfect balance of classy, and comfortable. I loved the dark wood floor and dark countertops against the light walls and open feel with huge windows that seem to span floor to ceiling. It was everything we wanted. Top that with the incredible service. I worked primarily with Gary (which I believe most brides do), and he is such a wonderful person. He’s been in the industry for a long time and he knows how to throw a party. He was incredibly warm, welcoming, well organized and always extremely responsive. The package at Stonebridge is also tough to beat. Every little detail and option can be found in the menu. Our guests are still raving about the amount and deliciousness of our food. In fact, we found out after the fact, that many of our guests were convinced that the cocktail hour was the dinner. (Not a chance!) Terrence was our Maitre D’ the night of and Ashley our bridal coordinator for the day of. Both were AMAZING. So attentive and on top of every single minute of our party - the before, the during and the after. I cannot recommend Stonebridge enough. We wouldn’t change a thing! Thank you to the incredible Stonebridge staff for hosting us for the greatest day of our lives.

My new husband and I cannot believe the incredible level of service provided to us by EVERYONE at Stonebridge on our big day. The wedding went off without a hitch, there is literally nothing that could have made it better. The food was AMAZING!! I had several people tell me it was the best food they ever had at a wedding. The venue was decorated stunningly and was truly gorgeous. However, what really made the day so perfect was the service provided to us from the moment we booked through the wedding itself. Several stand out people and moments: 1. Terence, our maitre d/director of operations, was phenomenal. He had everything completely under control. He had so many suggestions for us that were great. And anything we wanted done was accommodated, no questions asked. He continually checked in with us throughout the night to make sure there was nothing else we needed. After the wedding he had everything packed for us, all of our decorations, etc. so that we had an easy pick up the next morning. 2. Amanda, our bridal attendant, was incredibly competent and sweet. She made getting ready in the bridal suite really a luxury experience. She attended to my every need before I could even think to ask. She also worked well under pressure, such as fixing my broken bustle and finding a steamer for my bridesmaid on short notice. 3. Examples of the excellent service I mentioned earlier. My new father in law mentioned to one of the waiters during cocktail hour that he really liked the crab cakes and tuna tartare that were passed hors d'oeuvres. He was just complimenting, but within 5 minutes that waiter returned with a plate specially made for Ross that contained tons of crab cakes and tuna! Towards the end of the night another waiter overheard my sister say she hadn't gotten to try the risotto (she had a different side with her meal) so again, without being asked, they brought her a bowl! And lastly, my mom asked if there was anything that could be done with some empty planters (our wedding was in winter) and so someone was immediately dispatched to Home Depot and came back with some beautiful evergreens. Seriously, the service was truly above and beyond. In summary, book your wedding here! It was magical and perfect. Terence, Amanda and the rest of the staff, thank you so much for your dedication, professionalism and expertise. You made our day unforgettable!

On Sunday, March 26th, my wife and I (and 135 guests) had the joy of celebrating our daughter’s New York Wedding Reception at the Stonebridge Country Club. The event was an incredible success, and this was in very large part due to the talents and efforts of Steve Kirschbaum, the Area Manager, and his wonderfully accommodating staff. From the very first moment we met Steve, he demonstrated great warmth, an enormous knowledge of how to properly run a party, and about how to accommodate his customer’s needs and wishes. We felt full confidence in him from the start—always believing that he would do great things for us—and he did. Throughout the entire process, each time we needed something, Steve was prompt in his response, and always did whatever he could to satisfy our requests. I’d like to also commend the efforts of Terrence Spence, the Maître D’, whose efforts, from the food tasting we had at the country club, to the running of the party, were nothing short of spectacular. His positive attitude, desire to please, and wonderful manner, made us feel so comfortable and confident that the party would be great. Our guests were raving about the very delicious food (compliments to your chef and kitchen staff), and the incredibly attentive service rendered during the entire event (waiters, bartenders, etc.). In addition, I’d like to mention Amanda, the Bridal Attendant, for the very special job she did in fulfilling my daughter’s every request—especially during the hours before the party began. My entire family will always cherish this celebration at the Stonebridge, and we wanted to let you know how pleased we were. We certainly recommend Stonebridge—and Steve Kirschbaum—with great excitement. For those in attendance, the incredible result speaks for itself, and reflects so positively on the Steve Kirschbaum and his dedicated staff. I had my wedding here on April 22, 2017. All I can say is the experience working with Stonebridge would be one I would never forget. My husband and I looked at 16 venues. Stonebridge was our first one we looked at and the one we decided on. From the very beginning the staff was extremely accommodating. They would answer emails within minutes and did everything that we asked for with no questions asked. Terrence and Amanda were absolutely fantastic the day of the wedding. Without hesitation I give Stonebridge Country Club my highest recommendation for a wedding venue. OH, and the food is OUTRAGEOUSLY DELICIOUS!
